BMW Austria GmbH may also share this personal data with certain contractual partners and workshops (my preferred dealer that I have disclosed; partners from my car purchases, service or consultation visits as well as my regional partner) who may use my personal data and contact me for the above purposes. Updates may be shared between the specified affiliates.

I agree that personal data may be used to create an individual customer profile by means of a statistical procedure. Based on this profile, I will receive marketing information with content relevant to me, such as personalised offers from BMW Austria GmbH, certain affiliated companies, certain affiliated companies, certain contractual partners and workshops (my preferred dealer that I have disclosed; partners from my car purchases, service or consultation visits as well as my regional partner). I also agree that the customer profile of BMW Austria GmbH may be transmitted to certain affiliated companies and my contractual partners and workshops for the above-mentioned purposes and that these companies may contact me with content relevant to me. Where available, the following data provided by me or generated as a result of my use of products or services of BMW Austria GmbH, certain affiliated companies, their contractual partners and workshops may be included in the profile development: contact details (such as name, address, e-mail address); additional information/preferences (such as preferred dealer, hobbies, etc.); identification data (such as customer number, contract number); customer history (such as receipt of offers, vehicle purchase data, dealer information); vehicle data (such as usage data of the myBMW app: mileage, range); app/website/social media data (such as usage data of the online accounts BMW ID or MINI ID).
